Product quality

Our commitment is fulfilled through applying two principles:  every single component of the human resources – from the management framework to the manpower – is made aware of his/her responsibility through a process of continuous training,  and a quality management system is applied which foresees, in addition to methodical testing, systematic audits, as well as a constant improvement in production and business processes.

Quality of the service

Nowadays the world is On demand:  you are not only expected to be competitive from the point of view of product quality, pricing and timing.  You are required to support this with a service which is reliable and punctual as well as flexible and able to react to unexpected changes.  Lampia is able to respond to all this with the maximum ease, with competitive costs, a dedicated structure, customised production in terms of timing (just in time) and product specifications so that the customer’s economic exposure is minimised and the supply chain, and consequently the inventory, is rationalised.

Certified quality

To put our commitment in terms of quality into practise, in 1993 a Quality System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9002 standard was set up and since 2002 a Quality Management System in conformity with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard has been implemented.  Furthermore, in 1991 the "UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES" approval was obtained as a moulding shop according to the U.L. 746 D standard, Category “Fabricated Parts” , acquiring the approval number A1600 File Number E135472.  Lampia products meet the requirements set out in the European ROHS standards which regulate the use of substances and solutions which enter into the manufacturing of equipment and electric and electronic components.
