The structure

We have created and developed an in-house structure which allows us to supply, together with our products, all the solidarity and professionalism which a Group leader must possess and offer.
This leads to us having highly qualified staff who, with the help of the most advanced technologies regarding three-dimensional modelling, design and manufacture equipment which is used in our in-house production departments, guaranteeing a prompt response to every new market requirement.
dueerre_foto2.jpgThis design activity spills over into the department where we construct and manufacture moulds.  With the use of latest generation numerically controlled milling and CAM systems, all the equipment needed for the production process can be carried out in extremely short times.  To be able to guarantee the greatest flexibility in production and the highest quality level of our products, we have equipped ourselves with several thermo-forming systems which guarantee excellent results during every work process.
Alongside our thermo-forming department we have created an assembly and packaging department for third parties, so that apart from thermo-formed articles we can offer the relative filling and assembly operations.

dueerre_foto5.jpgTo better meet the timing requirements of our customers, we have created a warehouse for standard raw material and a storage area for finished products so that we can work on a just in time basis with our customers.
All the processes and manufactured products are systematically examined and tested by our quality control laboratory which uses the technologies necessary to guarantee all the quality characteristics dictated by the ISO EN 9002 standard.
